A family story
A story of passion, tradition, and hospitality that continues today at the foot of the Paganella mountains
The origins
Before starting the activity, Aldo Perli worked as a ticket saider in the ski lifts, then managed by the Municipality of Andalo.
At the end of the 70s the town began to discover tourism and, together with his sister Rita, Aldo decided to open the Bar Telecabina.
As the business grew, Angelina, their mother, and their brothers Remo and Fabrizio also joined the management team.
Andalo changed season after season and became an increasingly popular destination. This is how, in December 1972, the Hotel Cristallo was born.
A growing family
In 1977 Aldo married Maria Rosa and over the years Sabrina, Antonella, Marika and Andrea were born.
As time went by, the Cristallo Hotel continued to transform together with the Perli family.
Between expansions, changes and new ideas, Aldo carried out his project with enthusiasm and great vision, always maintaining a deep bond with the territory and with the people who chose to stay here.
The years of change
With the succession of the seasons, the hotel was renovated and transformed to continue to welcome guests in an increasingly authentic and contemporary way.
In 2009 the Wellness & Beauty “La Perla” was born, with swimming pools, spa and relaxation area, marking a new phase for the hotel.
In 2022, the bar and lobby were renovated to create spaces that are even more warm and inviting, perfect for enjoying at any time of day.
Now
After years of work, challenges and changes, from 2024 the management of the Hotel Cristallo has passed completely into the hands of Marika and her husband John Ross.
Together with their daughters Nicole and Aurora, they continue every day to carry on this place with the same care as always, flanked by the experience and constant presence of Maria Rosa.
Today Cristallo continues to evolve, with new spaces, a new outdoor pool and new projects designed to experience the mountain in every season.
