A Vacation For The Whole Family
At the Hotel Cristallo, we understand the needs of families with children, which is why we’re well-prepared to help accommodate you.
We want all children to feel comfortable here so we offer bed rails and smaller cots for the younger ones.
In our dining room, we provide high chairs and booster seats to make all children feel comfortable at the table.
When parents want some time for themselves, we offer a play room and childcare for those ages 3 and up, so the adults can spend the day skiing or relaxing in the wellness center.
Upon arrival, let us know how we can plan and help out with your daycare and beauty needs, ski school, ski passes, excursions, and more! We’ll do everything we can to make this an enjoyable stay!

All children are welcome at our hotel mini club!
For ages 3 and up, we have created a play space where little ones can unleash their imaginations and be creative. There are also outdoor slides and a foosball table. We strive to offer top-quality services to make sure family stays are excellent and hassle-free! We’ll do everything we can to make you happy.

What are the Mini Club hours?
Children will have plenty to enjoy during the summer at the Andalo: woods to explore and outdoor games are the order of the day!
Summer hours:
Monday – Saturday, 9:30 – 12:30pm, 2:30 – 7:30pm, and after dinner, baby dance up until 9:30pm.
Sundays, from 2:30 – 9:30pm
Winter offers fun in the snow-covered mountains, with lots and lots of snow!
Winter Hours:
Monday to Saturday, 9:00am – 1:00pm, 2:30 – 7:30pm, and after dinner, baby dance up until 10pm
Sundays, from 2:30 – 9:30pm

What activities are available in the Mini Club?
The mini club offers a variety of activities, from group games, drawing, and movies.
What ages is the Mini Club for?
The Mini Club welcomes those ages 3 and older, and lunch is available for an additional charge.
Can the kitchen handle my baby food preparation requests?
The kitchen staff is happy to handle your food preparation needs.
However, we ask that you provide the baby foods and purées, and we can offer a quick baby dinner with parents starting at 7pm.
Is there a menu dedicated to the children?
For older children it is possible to write on the menu what you want, at no additional cost.
(Pasta with tomato sauce, meat sauce, pesto, cutlet and fried potatoes, vegetable puree, tortellini, soups…).
What additional services do you offer?
For a fee, we can offer:
• Morning babysitting
• Stroller rental (€10 a day)
• Bathrobes, flip-flops, and swim caps (all required for pool access)
• Treatments and massages
• Laundry, drying, and ironing services
• Full board (this includes lunch, which can only be ordered upon arrival and must be ordered the evening prior, available from 12:30-1:30pm the following day)
• Ski school lessons and packages

What activities are available for both adults and children?
Parents can watch their children play in the indoor area, a Mini Club with entertainment, games, coloring, and books, a playhouse and outdoor slide.
We offer a Family Excursion Program in the summer and winter:
- from Monday to Saturday mornings we offer free experiential excursions to help families explore the area and our traditions.

The one and only family festival
It’s a week packed with events and activities for the whole family: free baby play parks, discounts on ski passes and equipment rentals, organized activities, and specially-priced stays at our family hotels. This year the event takes place from March 7th-15th, 2026.
The Paganella Family Festival is a project that supports families vacationing in Paganella: every year, we choose a summer and a winter week where families can take advantage of discounts and special prices at family-friendly hotels in the Paganella mountains. Take advantage of a full calendar of events and activities for the perfect family vacation!
This includes discounted activities like ski lessons, snowshoe hikes, horse-drawn sleigh rides, sledding races, and children’s entertainment at the snow-covered Baby Parks.
Although the prices are reduced during the festival, the entertainment is still top-notch!
Paganella Guest Card

When you book your stay, make sure to ask us about the Paganella Guest Card.
Then activate your card on the Mio Trentino app. This digital card offers many discounts on:
- Pedestrian tickets on all the Paganella and Molveno ski lifts

The Paganella Guest Card is reserved for guests of participating accommodations and cannot be purchased. All guests can request the Trentino Guest Card free of charge from the hotel where they are staying.
