Conditions of Stay

Reservations
Reservation requests can be made by email or phone, providing your full name, address, telephone, and email. Following the request, the property will send you a confirmation email containing the details of your stay. The reservation is considered complete upon payment of the deposit. Confirmations made by phone alone will not be accepted, as they cannot be documented. Subsequent changes or requests to reservations are only valid if made in writing (email or chat) and confirmed in writing by the property with a written response.

Deposit and Standard Cancellation Policies
The reservation will be confirmed only once the deposit has been made.

Deposit Fully Refundable Up To 21 Days Before Arrival
From 20 days before arrival until the scheduled arrival date, or in the event of a no-show, a penalty of 80% of the cost of the booked stay will be charged. In the event of a late arrival or early departure, the entire booked stay will be charged, with no refund of any unused days. The above conditions also apply in the event of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure (illness, injury, extraordinary events, etc.), unless otherwise insured by the guest.

Payment for your stay
The balance for your stay and any additional charges are due at the end of your stay, and can be paid in cash, credit or bank card. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Maestro cards are all acceptable forms of payment.
(Please note: payment by check is subject to applicable laws and the property’s discretion.)

Rates
The amount shown during the booking email is the price you will pay at the end of your stay. (Rates and discounts listed on the site are not confirmed unless in your confirmation email.)

Check-in e check-out
Rooms are available for check-in starting at 2:30pm on the day of arrival, and check-out must take place by 10:00am on the day of departure. Upon booking we cannot guarantee your exact room number, floor, layout or location in the hotel.

Treatments and Services
Half-board includes lodging, breakfast, and dinner. Drinks and additional services are excluded.
Lunch is available at the hotel restaurant for an additional charge. Unused meals booked will still be charged.

Extra Services
All services not expressly listed “included in the price” are to be considered extra and come at an additional cost.

For anything not expressly regulated, reference is made to the provisions of the Civil Code, the Tourism Code, and any hotel regulations filed with the competent Chamber of Commerce.
