The kitchen is the beating heart of our restaurant. Here, the aromas of traditional Trentino cooking blend with Italian and international flavors, with dishes prepared daily using fresh and local ingredients.
Good cooking involves not only highly-skilled professionals but the use of top-tier ingredients. Our dedicated chefs Denis and Octavian choose only the finest foods with which to prepare their well-executed dishes.
Our hotel guests can enjoy a daily three-course menu, choosing one of four “primi” pasta dishes and one of three “secondi” (meat or fish) dishes, followed by a choice of daily dessert offerings. We always offer a typical Trentino dish and various traditional dishes, along with a classic hot and cold vegetable buffet, available for both lunch and dinner.

Open to both hotel guests and outside visitors, the bistro offers a spacious indoor dining room and a beautiful outdoor terrace, ideal for taking in the views of the Dolomites. Our kitchen offers dishes created for each moment of the day, from pasta and meat dishes, sandwiches to regional piadine, fresh salads, and other delicious options.
This is the perfect dining spot for those fresh off the Paganella ski trails, or for those who want to relax and enjoy a nice bite to eat. For a quick lunch, a light break, or a moment to share with friends and family, our bistro is the ideal choice to experience authentic, local flavors.
